Governance is a fundamental element of ensuring that Al Karamah School and Training Institute (AKS/AKTI) provides the best possible outcomes for the young people we care for and educate. AKS and AKTI have developed a Governance Structure that strives to provide the best possible outcomes for the young people we work with. Governance Meetings

The Principal attends regular meetings with the senior managers of Aspris Children's Services to update on live operational issues within the school and report on the ongoing safe management of the service and quality of education and care delivered.

Colleagues from HR, Finance and Quality report directly to the COO as part of the wider Aspris support for effective Governance.

Will Goodwin, COO Aspris Middle East, chairs a termly Governance meeting, and is supported by the Director of Quality and Compliance and the Education Development Director, along with the Director of Students of Determination from ADEK. 

The Chairperson of ADEK convenes regular Oversight Committee meetings.
