Hamda lights up when there is any mention of her work experience in the café. Her confidence has grown both inside and outside the café and it has been fantastic so see her progress. She enjoys making different drinks and is quickly becoming a valued and helpful member of the team at Il Caffe Di Roma. She is excited to see where this role will take her.
Culinary Workshop
Our Culinary Skills workshop aims to foster, encourage, and develop independence and essential life skills for our young people. The high-end, purpose-built kitchen is stocked with all the equipment that students interested in making a career of culinary arts would need.
All learners are taught basic culinary skills based on an international curriculum. There is also a focus on hospitality and the art of food presentation. Our students thoroughly enjoy these lessons from our passionate in-house and visiting chefs.
