Karen has been working as a teacher for over 25 years in the London Borough of Harrow in the UK, more recently specialising in special needs education with a particular interest in autism. The majority of Karen’s teaching experience is within Early Years although she has also taught across Key Stage 1.

In her previous setting, Karen took on the role of Deputy Headteacher combined with inclusion responsibility, and she is passionate about students with special needs achieving their potential. Karen has always had a passion for working with students with a range of additional needs and supporting parents. Karen has recently achieved her Post Graduate qualification in Inclusion and SEN through the University of Birmingham in Dubai.
